Warranty

We stand behind our products 100% and we don’t want you to have any Vital Beat product you are not satisfied with. Our products are warranted for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, but not again mishandling, normal wear and tear, uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a product of the same type, color and size, if available. User behaviour

As a user of the Vital Beat site, you are required to comply with the law of The Netherlands. Above all, you undertake to comply with the applicable youth protection regulations.

In this case, there is no liability of Vital Beat and/or its agents and statutory representatives in the event of asset loss in respect of indirect damage, especially consequential damage, unforeseeable damage or untypical damage as well as loss of profit.

Any statutorily prescribed fault-Independent liability of Vital Beat – especially a statutory guarantee liability – is not affected by the above restrictions of liability. This also applies to the liability of Vital Beat in the event of culpable injury of life, limb or health.

The four previous paragraphs contain all the contractual and non-contractual claims which arise out of the present agreement and/or the use of the Vital Beat site.
