We offer a 100-day return policy* to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Although we do hope you love your Vital Beat shirt and Shield.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must notify us within 100 days of delivery
- The product must not be heavily damaged
- The product must be returned in reasonable condition
The delivery date used for eligibility is the date shown in the tracking information.
Important Return Instructions
Please contact us before returning any items.
Returning products without prior contact may lead to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Customs issues
- Additional costs
Any extra costs caused by incorrect returns may be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are a small family business and are unfortunately unable to provide free return labels. We recommend using the cheapest shipping option that includes tracking.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size:
- Contact us and we will help you find the correct size
- You pay the return shipping
- We cover the shipping of the replacement item
The replacement item will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.We ship our products worldwide.
*Custom-Made Solutions
If your device placement is non-standard and we create a custom shirt, different rules apply.
- In case of a return, we may not refund the full amount and/or may charge additional shipping.
- In case of an exchange, extra fees and/or shipping costs may apply.
- This depends on the reason for the return (for example, incorrect measurements provided by the customer).
All custom-made return or exchange conditions will always be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
After we confirm your return by email:
- The refund will be processed within 3 business days
- It may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement
Refunds are issued only after the returned products have been received and verified.
Warranty
We want you to receive a product that meets our quality standards.
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or mishandling
- Unusual abuse or damage
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Each warranty case is reviewed individually.
