100 days no questions asked return policy!

We can’t imagine that you are not satisfied with your Vital Beat Shield and shirt. However it is of course possible that it just isn’t what you had hoped it would be.

How does it work?

We want to make it as easy as we can for you to return your purchase. All you have to do is notify us about your intent to return or exchange the items within 100 days after the delivery date of your product, provided that there is no major damage to any of the products( we can’t accept it if you Hulk’ed out of it).

The delivery date used is the one provided in the Track & Trace information.

The best part is, you don’t even have to return it in the original box! Any box, bag or crate is accepted. However we do recommend you keep the original box cause it’s just easier that way.

Is there really nothing bad? 

Well unfortunately there is. You have to pay for the return shipment. We’re a small family business and we’re unable to give you free return shipping labels from The Netherlands.

The cheapest possible shipping option that has a track and trace code is fine. We don’t care if it takes a month to get back to us.

Returning the product

After you have notified us about your request to return or exchange your product we will contact you and help you with the return shipment.

DO NOT return anything before talking to us. Incorrect returns can lead to high costs. These costs will be charged to you or subtracted from your refund.

Amount to be refunded

You will receive a full refund once we have received your return package. Depending on your location and shipping method it may take a while before we have received your return shipment. Once we have received and processed the returned products you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

We will refund or cancel your credit card payment within 3 business days after we have send you the confirmation e-mail. It may then take a few more days before it shows on your statements.

Refunds will only be made after receiving the products as described on your invoice and in good order.

We have the right to refuse your return at any time if we feel you’re not playing by the rules.

Wrong size? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us.

There is no bigger disappointment then buying something new only to find out you’re way skinnier then you thought.

No worries though, just send us an email and we’ll help you find the right size and send it to you as soon as possible.

What’s the catch? 

We have to split the cost of your exchange. We will cover the shipping for the new shirt(s) but you have to pay for the return shipment. We’re a small family business and we’re unable to give you free return shipping labels from The Netherlands.

Vital Beat will send you your new item once we have received the returned item from you and have verified its condition.

When you want to expedite your exchange we will ask you to order a replacement item as a security deposit. We will refund you this deposit as soon as we have received the item from you.

No protective equipment or other items can protect against all possible impacts or injuries. Despite the use of these products, serious injury or even death could occur. The protective equipment and other items contained herein are designed to offer added protection, but cannot guard against various bodily injuries that may occur from physical exertion and sports-related activities (the “Activities”).

No warranty, express or implied, is made with respect to the effectiveness of the protective gear sold herein or with respect to its fitness for any particular purpose. Accordingly, by purchasing such equipment, you do hereby waive, release and absolve, the product manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers for all damages incurred by you in connection with the use of such protective equipment. For maximum protection, all gear should be properly sized and fitted to the wearer according to the instructions included in the packaging.

You have the right to receive a good product. In case there is something wrong with it we will help you to the best of our abilities to solve this problem. Our products are warranted for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, but not against mishandling, normal wear and tear, uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Due to the nature and purpose of our product every case will be separately reviewed by us.

Right of withdrawal

Sometimes, the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations. In this case, you can send the product back within 21 days after receiving it. We’ll send you a new product or you’ll receive your payment back within 3 days. In case of a return the shipping must be handled and paid for by the customer.
