Return and exchange policy
Of course we hope that you are satisfied and happy with our product. After all it is our main goal to help you and give you back your freedom. However, it is always possible that our product is not what you expected and wish to return it or the size that you picked is not correct.
Returning a shipment to us must be done at customers expense. In case you wish to exchange a product we will ship the new item back to you on our cost.
IMPORTANT: Mention on the airway bill that the parcel contains a return or exchange of goods and holds NO commercial value. If this is not stated on the bill correctly, Vital Beat will be confronted with import fees and your return will not be accepted.
How many days after purchase can I return or exchange the product?
You must notify us about your intent to return or exchange within 14 days after the delivery date of your product, provided that the product(s) is/are undamaged and that the original shipping box is used. The delivery date used is the one provided in the Track & Trace information.
Return the product
After you have notified us about your request to return or exchange your product we will contact you and help you with the return shipment.
The package can be shipped with a courier near you. The customer carries all risk of the return shipment.
We recommend returning the package with a track and trace code.
Postage & packaging is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to Vital Beat fully carriage paid. We recommend you use a traceable system for the return of your goods and insure them appropriately.
Amount to be refunded
Depending on your location and shipping method it may take a while before we have received your return shipment. Once we have received and processed the returned products you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
We will refund or cancel your credit card payment within 3 days after we have send you the confirmation e-mail.
Refunds will only be made after receiving the products as described on your invoice and in good order.
